My Orders

Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. The email will include your tracking number and link for you to check the status of your order.Ā 

It will take approximately 3-7 business days to receive your order. If there are any delays, we will notify you ASAP!

We only accept changes or cancellation on or before 12:00am (Sydney, GMT+10) on the same day of order placement. Please reach out to us at hello@pawsboutique.com.au ASAP, and we will help process it.

Shipping

Currently, we ship everywhere around Australia and New Zealand.

If you live somewhere else, please send an e-mail to hello@pawsboutique.com.au and we'll do our best to make your puppy happy ASAP!

We offer free shipping on all orders above $100! Any orders below this will have a flat fee of $7.99 for Australia or $14.99 for NZ.

We only allow shipment address changes on or before 12:00am (Sydney, +10 GMT)Ā on the same day of order placement. Please email us at hello@pawsboutique.com.au ASAP, and we will help to change your shipping address.Ā 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days from the day of purchase, given that they are inĀ original and resalable condition. To proceed with a return, please email us atĀ hello@pawsboutique.com.auĀ with the following information:

1. Your order number

2. Photo of item you wish to return

Our Customer Service team will provide you with further information regarding the nearest warehouse and further instructions. Please note, we will be unable to refund any shipping costs during the process. After we receive the item, we will inspect it and let you know about the refund decision. The total refund process can take up to 30 business days to complete.Ā 

**Please note, we also have items that are excluded from the return policy.

Please note, we do not accept returns for the following conditions:

1. Items won from contest winnings and free promotional items

2. Paws Boutique products sold by unauthorized sellers.Ā 

3. Any return requests conducted excessively - Paws Boutique withholds the final right to refuseĀ 

4. Paws Boutique replacement orders
